For purchasing House/ Flat or a Plot and construction thereon.
Maximum repayment period: Maximum 240 Months (including Moratorium period of upto 9
months or Date of Possession whichever is earlier.)
85 % of the Agreement Value in case of first sale or 85 % of the Valuation / Agreement Value
whichever is lower in case of resale.
Maximum loan amount 140.00 lacs.

Purchase of House/ Flat/ Bungalow/ Construction/ additional construction of own house, takeover of home loan from other banks/financial institutions.

Margin : 15% of Agreement value or Valuation amount whichever is lower

Maximum Loan Amount Limit : Rs.140.00 lacs

Eligibility : Salaried Persons:- With minimum past 3 years of continuous service.

Non-Salaried Persons:- Self employed person with profit earning for at least past 2 years.

Security : Equitable or Registered mortgage of property to be purchased

Guarantors : Two competent guarantors acceptable to Bank

Subscription to Bank's Share - Membership: 2.50% of Loan Amount

Processing fee : 0.50% of Loan Amount (to be discussed)
