Maximum Loan Amount Limit : Rs.140.00 lacs
Repayment Tenure: Maximum 240 Months
Margin : 85% of Agreement Value including stamp duty & registration charges or Valuation amount as per Valuation report whichever is lower.

Eligibility : Salaried Persons:- With minimum past 2 years of continuous service.
Non-Salaried Persons:- Self employed person with profit earning for at least past 2 years.
Security : Equitable or Registered mortgage of property to be purchased
Guarantors : Acceptable Guarantors on case to case basis.

Subscription to Bank's Share - Membership: 1% of Loan Amount
Processing fee : NIL
