1. Last 3 years audited balance sheet/income expenses statement of the shop firm/company.

2. Last 3 years income tax returns copies of owner/proprietor.

3. Partner/director/shop establishment license/permit/sales tax returns.

4. List of suppliers (Creditors).Partner/director/shop establishment license/permit/sales tax
returns.

5. Attested Xerox copy of Ration card / PAN card / Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill.

6. Stock and book debt statements for last month. (format to be given by Bank).

7. Passport size Photographs.

8. Any other documents required by the Bank.
