Lease Rent Discounting Loans

The Bank provides Term Loan facility to the owners of commercial and residential properties who have rent out the same to reputed companies, Industrial, Software, MNC, Banks, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies etc. on lease basis thus having fixed rent receivables.

Purpose:
Any verifiable non-speculative purpose.

Repayment:
10 years or equivalent to remaining lease period, whichever is lower

Margin :
Minimum 10% of net lease amount

Maximum Loan Amount Limit :
Rs 13.75 Crore subject to Bank's Exposure Norm

Need Based

Eligibility :
Individuals, Proprietorship, Partnership, Pvt. Ltd. & Public Ltd., LLP

Security
Equitable mortgage/ Registered Mortgage of let out property. Assignment of Lease Rentals

Subscription to Bank's Share - Membership:
2.5 % of Loan amount (Max Rs 5.00 Lac per entity)

Processing fee :
1% of loan amount (excluding service tax)

Guarantors
Two Guarantors acceptable to Bank.
